Introduction

"La Cuesta del Almendral" is a large renovated, white-washed andalusian 'cortijo', more than 200 years old.

Situated in the countryside of the Alpujarra, in the hamlet of Las Barreras, with the most beautifull views to the Guadalfeo valley and the surrounding mountains, it's set on a beautiful hillside surroundings of its one hectare of orchards and olive groves.

It has been neatly renovated to cater for the needs of a large family or group of friends with plenty of living space to enjoy being together, or to keep to oneself in a quiet corner, both inside and outside.

"La Cuesta del Almendral" is ideal for families with children and for everyone who wants to combine complete peace and quiet with visits to historical Granada and escapade to the Costa Tropical.

We live permanently on site, (in another house with our private swimming-pool, garden and terraces), maintaining the property to a high standard and we are available whenever needed with helpful advice or services.
